To add a new question, the app settings and click "question management"

Yes, please follow these instructions to add an image. Go to App Settings. Click Manage Questions. Click the question you want to add the image to. Click the Add Image icon and select the image you want to add from my library.

Yes, users can add YouTube and Vimeo videos. Go to App Settings. Click Manage Questions. Click the question you want to add the video to. Click the Add Video icon and paste the YouTube and Vimeo video links. When the video is added, the video thumbnail is displayed in the answer text box.

The "FAQ Title" can be changed and removed from the App Settings tab. To remove a title, turn it off on the Settings tab.
